Ah to go back 40 years and resist the urge to pluck those random eyebrow hairs. Whilst i never went the Pammy Anderson super skinny brow, some plucking was definitely carried out.
Fast forward and although they remain a dark brown with a few random greys, I have spent many years patiently drawing them in with varying success. I've been contemplating getting them microbladed for a while, so when Aisha mentioned getting hers done, I thought why not. Eyebrow microblading is basically the adult version of colouring inside the lines.
Today was the day. Numbing cream applied and I must say I didn't really feel anything. A very light scratching. And voila, new eyebrows. Much like a tattoo, there will be some light scabbing and should be all healed in a week or so. There is a top up session booked in, but for now goodbye eye brow pencil. I'm just hoping for a transplant procedure where the hairs on my chinny, chin chin, can be moved up to my eyebrows. Because those little suckers grow at the speed of light.
